Default External Crank Trigger W/ Factory PCM

WE TODD DID

Would this be compatible with a Jessel Belt-Drive. I wanted to do a Jessel
Belt -Drive but did not want the expense of a different/stand-alone
Engine Control System. How much cost and complexity involved in
Your Set-Up?
We are totally on the same page with regards to Oil on the other thread
By the way LOL.

I don't run a factory computer, but I do run an external crank trigger.

i've done some with megasquirt, no reson it couldn't work. you have to Watch gap and Wheel runout, if done right it works perfect. you may have to clean the sensor once in a while cuz it attract metal dust.

also your sensor bracket must be quite solid, any vibration will cause you problems

Innovators West makes a nice pickup bracket, they have one to fit either right or left side. Call Reher Morrison and order a Moroso crank trigger wheel. Then just order a MSD pickup and you are done. Patterson racing also has some nice stuff including a timing pointer.
