Default Cleaned up halo headlamp striping

The stock weather stipping was atrocious. So I re-did it, and it came out pretty good.

I hate the way the headlights fit on these cars, not flush at all. Such a huge gap with massive amounts of weather stripping...

Good job though!

I used MD Marine & Automotive Specialty weatherseal #01025. Got it at my local OSH store. Worked really well; you can split the two down the middle for the ends, where the curves of the headlights are really extreme. I did have to hot glue some of the ends together so that the strips maintained the extreme curves, but it all came out for the better.

I also added some stripping along the inner lining of the headlight housing to fill in the gap between the bumper facia and the bottom of the headlights.

Wow, yours were bad. Mine fit just as good as the factory and have no gaps at all. But I did spend like 5 hours installing them lol.
