Formula to Trans AM - Your thoughts?

Formula to Trans AM - Your thoughts?
I've been wondering about changing my Formula to a Trans AM. I would keep the Formula front bumper, but add on the TA side skirts, bumper, and wing.
It would be nice to have the aggressive looks of the TA, but I'm wondering if it's really worth doing. I don't know if I want to alter the fact that it's a Formula, which is rather rare.

I have a formula and put a TA rear bumper mines Navy Blue as well
I made mine my own make yours unique the way you see fit. I tried to keep the lines clean despite all that I've done to the car.

^ Thats sweet.
Spd-Kilz, i'm not sure how rare a formula is, but I don't think it'd do any harm changing some stuff, it's not a Firehawk or something (not degrading your car, just saying). I've always loved your car, and I think it would look badass if you did this. If you go with a hood like above, it would look perfect. The formula front bumper looks awesome with a hood like that. Your going to need to buy a whole new hatch though. All those parts, plus paint for everything it could get a little pricey. Decide if you want that, or some heads and a FAST 90/90 instead

I love how the formulas look, just not the rear...looks to boring and makes it look like it sits way high. I want to get a rear t/a bumper for my car....looks better imo even with the low rise.

Also, I know I'd need to get a whole new hatch...which then brings up the thought of doing the Heritage TA spoiler (properly, of course, and actually mold it into the car). (See picture below)
^^is that hatch with the LED 3rd brake light? slp option?
If it were me which I have a black formula, I would just get the ta rear bumper. But then again if I was to lower my car it would look so much better from the ***
Potential Spolier (but would be molded in.):

I converted my '95 Formula exterior to '98up Trans am WS6.
I am strongly considering going to the '98up Firebird/Formula front bumper cover, I think it looks awesome with the T/A side skirts, rear cover, and wing.

Also (totally random), but can I please shotgun your cage if you ever sell it? Thanks

I kind of like the idea of a Formula being a Formula and a Trans Am being a Trans Am...but thats just me.
On a different note...Formulas are much rarer than TAs and always have been, BUT they are rarer for a reason, they are less "desirable" to most people than TAs (and I can say that because I have 2 TAs and 2 Formulas...ones a 3rd gen Formula 350!) So even though they are rarer they are never worth a lot (collectible wise) because not a lot of people want them (not just LS1 cars....but 3rd and 2nd gens as well!)

i personally dont like the look of formula's. thats why i've gone out of my way to buy 2 T/A's as opposed to a cheaper priced forumla.
the rear of those cars are kinda hideous. the spoiler might as well not even be there.
go for it!
you could keep the front bumper like dopefed did so that'll save you some money.
if peeps wanna smoother lined, less extreme looking f body, then get a camaro. a forumla is NOT a good substitute for that! IMO
WS6JIM, i like what you have done with your car. it looks great!

The only thing that I would change on my Formula is the rear bumper and then I would do a dark silver CETA on it. Anything else would look weird to me IMHO.
Its so weird that Formulas arent wanted by too many people. I guess Im comfortable with the way that it looks and didnt have to have the "badassness" of a Trans Am.
