Default ??'s for rs body kit guys.

to all of you guys with rs kits, i have one at my house, i really want it on, but i am scared of it scraping the ground? i have 18's in the rear, 17's in the front. how are they on speed bumps and stuff.

They are great you just have to consider slowing down a little more for speed bumps, and watching out for steep inclines. I DD car with 17's and a rs kit.

i dont think that the rs kit really gets scraped much at all. just dont go full speed at an incline. ive never scraped the kit on a speed bump. just take it easy and there wont be any problems.

aww man. i was thinking about the back, my cme will be on there. side and back should be good though right? i really appreciate the replies guys. i'm stressing over this.

you should be fine...my exhaust actually scrapes more then my kit does

Well I have my RS kit on and it scrapes alot. Then again I live in the city with ALOT of stupidly huge and rapid rising mounds. Its not that bad though, doesn't scrape on the speed bumps at all. I mean even my mom's car scrapes at the slopes mentioned and it doesn't have a body kit nor is it lowered. So basically i'd say get it if you like it. I have mixed feelings about it all the time though. Sometimes (mostly) I love it and sometimes i'm like gah everyone calls it catfish . Most of the time I feel the bubble eyes front end looks better with the RS than without (i'm a big fan of the LT1 camaro's looks, but I really disliked the bubble eyes. I grew to love it though)

I have the RS kit. and i'm lowered, sportlines so yea, its really low. the only thing i scrap is the stupid factory y-pipe.

ok, i think i'm going to go ahead and sell my black Z06's the backs are 18's and i'm going to stick with 18's, but i want the deep dish look.

i never scrape just dont be a dumbass and fly up driveways with crazy angles and youll be fine speedbumps arnt a problem
