Default Making DRL blueish white..

Ok ive made my mind up, im going to try this for a little bit when my car comes out next year and see if the cops bug me about it. Basically I want my car's daytime running lights to look like this below:

I have 6000k halo fog lights already, my sidemarkers and 3rd brake light are tinted, and my headlights are tinted blue. I kinda wanna do away with the amber if I can but im not sure what bulbs he used or how easy it was to swap the DRL's to that color. Any thoughts?

http://ledvault.armorysound.com/sales/firebirddrl.html I found that on ledvault, so this seems to be perfect but the only problem is now do I get blue or white? In the picture above it looks like a bright white with a blueish tint to the color.. and on the link here it looks the same but how could I know if thats a blue color or a white color theres no comparison pics in what the white bulb looks like compared to the blue bulb..
