It came from 6litereater allready mounted. It has a long bolt with a big curved (to conform to the inside curve of the grill) washer, that screws into the back of the bowtie.

Cause I have the same boetie but cant figure out how to mount it to my billet grille

No you don't. You have the truck one we talked about. That one didn't fit his grille (like we PM'd about) so I actually made that emblem for him.

Don't get excited though, won't work on LS1 style grilles, different curves

Seeing it on the car I would actually mount the emblem one row lower. I remember LT1's had low bowties from the factory...

I moved it up one because it didn't look right while I held the grill up to the car. I will try putting it back (one lower) and remount the grill to see if it looks better fully mounted and from a distance.

Gotcha! I know my LT1's and I didn't think I'd let it leave the door in a non-factory position

Put it where you like it, it is your car, just wanted to make sure I wasn't slipping
