Default CME valance

I just got my CME valance from 6litereater, great product btw. I was just wondering how you guys installed this, the valance came with double sided tape already installed but it just doesnt seem like it could hold it to me. did you guys use bolts or those push pin things like on the front fascia? thanks!

I'm not sure which tape he is using, but I bet its stronger than you think. They are usually just attched with the tape.

i would also put the clips on the 2 sides (left and right) as well as in the middle, right under the license plate.

I agree...while the tape is very strong, I would recommend using the clips. Also, if it fits like the factory valance, then the edges of the tape are slightly visible when looking down at the valance. One suggestion I was given that I wish I would have used on mine is to paint the edges of the tape body color...it makes the tape less noticeable.

I bought one of these aftermarket valences. Use the factory pushpins behind the rear tires, and i used two stainless screws for the tab above license plate. Unfortunately the tape that came on the valance failed after a short time. I went to autozone and got the 3m moulding and trim tape and stripped the old tape, wiped it down with alcohol, and re-taped it. Now it is on there great! I hope your body shop doesn't have as much trouble priming and painting the valance as mine did!
