Default 2001 Z28 license plate relocation ????

I recently purchased a 2001 Z28 Camaro LS1 M6 , and it has a custom license plate holder, but its scratching up the paint. I have a stock one ordered, but id rather not drill holes in the grill, and i dont like the look all to much. What are my options.

My uncle has a 2007 Corvette and he mounted his plate on the plastic air diverter under the car, but you can only see 3/4 of the plate from far away

Four suction cups, one in each hole on the plate.
Curve plate slightly to match curvature of the windshield
Stick to lower portion of windshield on passenger side.

I havent had any issues with my location. 4 suction cups was all it took. I've seen people gripe that similar locations are gay or going to get your head decapitated... but mine isnt going anywhere.

I have an SLP bracket on mine. Check my site for pics. I just finished making a quick release mount for it so I can remove it buy removing two nuts.

Thanks guys.. i made it so the numbers were at the lowest point then bent the bottom under..and formed it so it went with the shape of it. Then drilled some holes and used 1/4 in bolts and nut. Pretty simple
