pulled my trim and need help asap

Angry pulled my trim and need help asap

Well i pulled of my trim like everybody else useing fishing line then just pulled the rest.
Got the trim off and all cleaned up but there is this stuff on there that just wont come off u can feel a difference in the paint.
I have used a clay bar and scratch x and bug and tar remover and this crap wont come off and it looks terrible.
So if anybody had this problem or has a solution your help yould be geatly appreciated!!!! here is a pic its really dark and i didnt have any light i will post a better one tomorow

Looks like it is two different colors, under the trim is lighter since the sun did not hit it? You may need to find a body shop to hit it with a high speed buffer and some compound.

Hard to tell from the picture as the qualty is not that good.

You might want to take it to a body shop. It might have been repainted.

Neh,,, Not that big of a deal... Just get some lime green, use very little and it'll take it right off, or some adhesive remover, or just buff it with a PC...

It looks like the cars been painted and they painted over the molding. There is virtually nothing you can do about it. You could wet sand the line out if it was in the clear only...if its actually the base coat then all you can do is put the molding back on.

ok well im gonna try some of what yall said tomorrow and i will post up a better pic to and if not im gonna see what a body shop says...thanks for the input

I don't know if its just me, but the paint looks the same color, I think the flash of the camera is playing with the hues. When I took my molding off I used some Meguiar's paint cleaner and a buffing rag, amazing results. Maybe give that a try before you try something more extreme, good luck.

that is EXACTALLY what mine looks like if u look at it in the light and i will deffentally try that caus i cant seen to get anything else to work and thanks for the pics caus the is my SAME problem!!! i will let you know of the results

Yep, I just hit it with an orange pad and Menzerna. Solved the problem easy.
