just wondering if yal knew any kind of cleaner for black rims

soap and water, then a good wax coat to protect them.

+1 quick and easy, wont hurt the powder/paint.

i use soap and water. Then dry them, then use glass cleaner for the final touch on my TTMs

I also use glass cleaner after soap/water. Done it since the car was new. At first I was worried the cleaner would strip the coating off the rim, but it really does quite well.
