Default Estimated HP and TQ?

I have a photoshoot for a feature in High Performance Pontiac Friday and I know one of the things they will want to know are some HP/TQ on the car (at least estimated.) And I don't want to just pull an abstract number out the of the air that is unrealistic...so what are some OPTOMISTIC but realistic HP numbers on my car? The car is a very strong low mile 2002 LS1/6spd car. The performance mods are Weiand Intake, MTI Lid, FAST 78 MM TB, Corsa Cat Back, MDS Coils and Wires, and a Nitrous Outlet 150HP plate system. What COULD the car make best case with a good tune both NA and on the spray?

Ha, oh yea, around that HP N/A torque usually stays the same, I'd say 355-360RWTQ. Also, I don't know what I was thinking on the N20, you'd be closer to 500RWHP and 520RWTQ on a plate 150shot, I'd think.

EDIT: Assuming longtubes, if not, I'd cut 20hp/tq off all the #'s.
