Nice palace to mount HID ballasts (Camaro) I decided to paint the back of my headlights black and clean up my HID kit. I wasn't thinking when I first installed the kit. I just stuck the ballasts to the little frame rail next to the headlight, and then realized I should have probably looked for other options than one that was right in the middle of everything.

for the retrofit I'm doing the passenger side is ziptied to the hood stop bracket area. the drivers side is down in the small bay under where the LT1 Z28 airbox was. Looks like you LS1ers have some electrical gear there. its in the access bay for the signal housing on the drivers side.
