6LE bezel and stack..1st one, pics, already modded it!
Yesterday in the mail i got my 6LE Designs bezel. Only took a few days to get here. I think im the first one to get it, since i only live 6 hours from him. Anyway, initially, i only ordered the stainless steel bezel. or more like, a surround. I wanted the plastic one too, but i am pinching every penny becuase i have four projects going on at the same time. Anyway, since i was the first to order, without even seeing them, Mark made me an offer i couldnt refuse. So i ended up with the stainless as well as the plastic. I wanted to provide pics of every different scenario for those of you still questioning what you want so here are pics of each;
Plastic only
Stainless Steel only
Plastic and Stainless
In person, the gauges plastic is a lot darker and matches the stock gauges to the point where i felt like it got lost and i wanted it to stand out a little more so i painted it brilliant silver.
I know in some spots it doesn't look like it lines up very well but just to clear it up, im still waiting to buy my overlays for him. Since they're not permanently going on these, im not going to glue them in place. They're very flexible you can shape them to the point they are perfect but i don't want to waste my time and take the risk gluing them in place. so these are more or less mock-up pics. Also, you all know how flashes can play with hues and tones of plastics and paints. The silver in real life looks insane. Its rather dull here, but it has a ton of metallic in it. It looks like it was carved from a billet block now. Hope you guys enjoy and any question please shoot them my way!

Well, i can bend it into place really easily, it would fit perfect if i chose to glue it down. However, since this isnt its permanent home i'm not going to. I'll just wait for my new gagues.

I agree, for a factory overlay, use a factory bezel. These were made to compliment OUR overlays and they do that very well...

It might get some tweaks, if it is anything people who already bought them can't do themselves easily then I'll obviously send them another...
I try to take care of my peeps, for example, people who ordered the stainless bezel sight unseen got an ABS shipped to them for free as well after I saw how well they went together

I was thinking "wtf.. 6LE normally has high quality stuff, what is this ****"? but then I saw you post the pics of them on the mcnord gauges, and I see now. They look nice on the mcnord gauges. Can I see some pics of Mcnord gauges with the stainless overlays on with the gauge installed?

Yea in my OP i stated that these are specifically made for the 6LE overlays, more or les i was trying to aid those with stock gauges. Im really glad you posted some pics Mark i should have thought about that, to illustrate the difference between stock on 6LE gauges. IM happy with them! If i were going to stay stock, i could manipulate these to fit well, but they look dead on with my future gauges.
