LED's for gauges

LED's for gauges so i wanna get some led's for my gauges because at night they look like crap, like a whitish green it looks like crap so i was wondering how many bulbs would i have to get to do this? and if anyone has pic's of this set up i would appriciate it. lookin to either get white or blue
