Question Question about NXT Wax

I'm gonna clean the car up a little and it desperately needs to be waxed. Well I picked up some Meguiar's NXT Wax and just want to know if its any good. Thanks for the input guys.

Did you use the NXT alone or with something else? I plan on just washing it and waxing but do I need to do something else? Not gonna do a full detail on it at the moment.

clay bared
washed again
used meguiars cleaner wax (applied by hand and took off by hand)

Yeah see I didn't plan to do all right now. I guess it wouldn't hurt to get the cleaner wax if it will make a difference.

I tried NXT 2.0 paste wax for the first time a couple of weeks ago on my black Formula and loved how it lookd afterwards. I don't think even the Mothers wax that I always used before did as good as the NXT 2.0.

NXT is more of a sealant than a Wax.

http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/index.php

I would read around on this site. Plenty of info to point you in the right direction.

I used it and did not like it at all. It seems to work best if you wax with another wax and then it. I'll stick with the Meguiars gold class wax or cleaner wax. Mothers also works well.

Used NXT 2.0 for the first time today, I liked it, easy on, easy off, nice feel to it. We'll see how it holds up. (I made a thread about the detail job)
