Default Pics of your HID install

Just looking for pictures of how/where you mounted your ballasts and where you ran your wires. Mainly looking for camaro installs but all are welcome. Thanks. This is the kit I just bought. If anyone has any experiance with it let me know how you like it.

Your ballasts might be tool large to fit in there, but might be worth a shot.

My advice would be to pull the headlights out (very easy to do) and you will have a lot more room to work with and you should be able to find a nice hidden location.

Got it. The harness that came with it was wired backwards. Had the + goin to the - and visa versa. Pulled the pins out of the connector and swapped them and they came on.

Mine was the same. At first I was like darn it got a bad ballast but when both failed to turn on I was like what?? Then looked at the wire colors

Mine did the same thing when I hooked them up, both of them, but I didn't look too closely at the connectors. I thought maybe I was needing to get some relays to power them on, I'll check for the cross problem you guys are having tonight...thanks for posting that up!

I believe it was just GM wiring our plugs backwards. I switched the wires on the stock harness not the HID kit, since it doesn't matter on the halogen bulb but that way any HID kit will work and the stock halogens do too.

Well thanks for the advice kkslds via PM and you guys here in this thread. Apparently I'm retarded, or was going about it wrong and couldnt get the wires out of the stock headlight connector harness... So I cut them and resoldered them back together the opposite way and TA-DA! They came right on. Look great, freaking bright as crap...SOO much better than the stockers!
