Default Powerwashing undercarriage - please help quick!

Hey guys,

the rear of my car is jacked up sky high right now and my dad is taking out the power washer. Is it safe to powerwash the undercarriage or am I gonna rip through electrical connectors with it?

Also there's a Degreaser soap and regular soap. Is the degreaser soap going to degrease things that I don't want to degrease?

I just wanna make sure I can just turn this on and go, that I don't need to take any precautions.

Thank you!

it'll be fine, just use common sense,it might not take the grease off around the hump from the rear seal leaking might have to use some soap and elbow grease and do a good job,

I'd just make sure to not go at it very hard by the fuel filter, lines, any electrical connectors, etc.

Thanks guys

The pressure washer was like half broken so it wasn't excessively strong, so I used it. Cleaned up a decent amount of gunk. Side note, is there a reason why my y-pipe is pretty badly corroded and my outlet pipe is almost perfect? Does the y-pipe carry more heat?

If the outlet pipe you're talking about is the I pipe, I believe it is made out of stainless, y pipe not so much.
