what colors???
hey, i was wondering what color scheme i should with for the car. like stripes, stuff in the engine, calipers and such. here are most common colors
black, red, white, silver, hugger orange, navy blue, or yellow
should i have everything same color?
my car is maroon so you know, silver stripes are probably gonna happen, so im just wondering if i should color co-ordinate with the rest? let me have your opinions!!

I think Steve would be able to give you the best tips on
colors.
Overall, I think you should go with 1 or maybe 2 accent
colors. Chrome/polish should be one of those colors
For maroon, you might want to look at storm gray. Silver
would be nice too, storm gray would be more subtle.
Unless you don't want to be subtle....
Under the hood, I'll leave that answer to others. I'm not
good under the hood.

Yeah, doin something like a Spiral Gray/Steel Metallic, or even a lighter like Sebring Silver would look good w/ maroon. That'd be the best, imo. White would be good too, but the silver would be better.
And leave it @ your main color, then accent color. No more. It looks like you're trying too hard if you have 3-4 colors in the mix. Steve will be the offical bling moderator you wanna talk too of course, but i'd say some maroon Fuel Rail Covers, w/ some custom graphics, then maroon calipers w/ Z28 or Camaro, something like that on 'em in Silver would be cool.

If you want to go subtle maybee a dark shade of red for stripes. Kind of a ghost effect, wouldn't see till up close. You could go with gold like the GTA's but thats IMO. A shade of silver is the way to go if you want to see the secondary color. The calipers would look good silver with a maroon decal on them. Under the hood, polish all the aluminum. The key is not to go overboard, just look at all the civics with hampster megaphone tailpipes That will show you what not to do.

I've got a maroon truck with some silver accents. The best painted accent though is a black cherry pearl hood scoop. Looks black in low light but in a strong light the dark cherry red really comes out. Haven't been able to do it justice in a photo. It's an effect that has to be seen in the daylight.
