heres an idea
just wanted to get some feedback on my newest appearance idea. i really hate how my antenna sticks up and is just there. i would get a power antenna, but i never listen to the radio (either cds or the ls1). so i was thinking of just removing the antenna all together and make the right rear side flush. anyone done this before? if i remove the antenna will it set off anything or alter the car in any way? thanks!

OR, you could shorten your antenna like i did (too lazy to run wire for a power ant..LOL).. i suppose I will eventually do the power on when I upgrade the stereo but for now the shorter one looks pretty darn good..
Ultimatily I would shave the antenna completely (hole filled and quarter re-painted) and use an antenna the sticks to the inside of the fender (the type rods guys sometimes use.. ie hidden antenna)..
