Default FRC install with my setup...?

I've seen the pics of people installing FRC's on a basically stock engine. I'm wondering if anyone has done this with the EGR/AIR system removed and how much, if any, easier that will make it. Will I not have to cut as much? Any info would be great.

Thanks,

The EGR has little, if anything, to do with a FRC install. The 2000-02 F-bods will require a bit more cutting on the driver's side due to the air system.

I don't have any of those hoses in my engine bay.

BTW, it's an M6 if that matters.

You'll still have to cut out for the throttle cable bracket and the dipstick
on the passenger side and perhaps a little in the rear to clear the wiring
harnesses. You should be fine on the driver's side with no cutting if you
don't have the AIR anymore.

I agree with parbreak.

To answer your question more directly, yes...it will be much easier without the damned AIR hoses.
