You would want natural or warm white, but then you're going backwards. Cool white make the car appear more modern and lights WAY better. It also isn't annoyingly bright. Looks great in a stock set0up too.

True but I just want it to match up better with my humount and stereo. The stock bulbs look way too dim compared to this.

Anyone have pics of a 93-96 Camaro that has been updated with LED's?

Also, can I take the security bulb out of my cluster while doing this?

Thanks. I found a different write up on another site and ordered them already. Just waiting to be soldered. I have to get some resistors as well. I did my map lights and the dome light and I am amazed by the difference the LEDs make at night in the interior.

You can look at the pictures that everyone posts, but to see it in person, it makes the interior look more updated/newer.

I bought the Rigid festoon LED light for the rear dome light, I was very disappointed at the light it emitted, not that it wasn't bright, but it only lit up the cargo area. so I bought one of these and now the rear seat area AND the cargo area are nicely lit up!

Can someone tell me what resistors I need or where to buy the them already made up? I have everything else done, but need to do steering wheel radio controls and fog switch. Also is there a write up for the steering wheel controls?

Looks like I have to place another order...

So I have two perfectly good 4410 lights (unused) if anyone wants them... Just figured I would save the headache for some other people out there...
Im so glad that I read this thread all the way through! Thanks man and sorry it had to happen to you but you're helping guys like me.

Has anyone tried ordering LEDs using superbrightleds.com car bulb search? Im attempting to do it now but there are multiple options. Im going over this thread again to make sure I get the right ones. Just seeing if anyone else has done it already. Let me know.

F the damn DOME LIGHT! piece of crap! I can not tell you how pissed I am right now!

I bought the LEDs to finish up my interior. Why? why did i want to do it? I dunno! because all of your pictures look cool. It seems like an easy mod but of course, nothing is ever as simple as it sounds.

I DID have to bend the copper(?) prongs so that the LED would fit but my issue was that the light shined straight to the back of the car. I needed to twist it so that the light would shine down. Simple enough right? Hell no, sure enough as I had the LED on the prongs and was attempting to twist it down the left prong breaks.

I really dont know where to go from here. I took the entire Dome Light mount out. Seems like that copper piece is part of the wire or something. I don't know. If anyone has a suggestion, im up for anything at this point. Thanks

Ryan

Something so simple, i should of just let it be. dammit

will any 4210 size work ? they don't make those anymore in the color I want but they have them still for the 3 and 6 led versions.
They are $8 and $15 so I want to make sure before I waste my money.
(talking about the rear trunk light)

how do these hook up without the loops?
