Default Convertible top dye?

My 98 z28 convertible top is only 2years old. The previous owner lived in Texas and it got a lot of sun and heat. The tape that i guess is put underneath the seams are looking bad. The wear from the sun and heat caused the epoxy of the tape to "pull" through the top. You can see the tape lines considerably through the black top. Since I dont want to replace a new top, is there dye out there that I can use to blend in, or just do the whole thing? If anyone has any info it would be appreciated, or if anyone has other ideas on how to fix it.....Thanks

If you go to the vert section on this forum, you will find that one member used spray paint with good success, YMMV.
