Default Small scratches and swirls in black...novice?

Best thing to get small scratches and swirls out of black? I don't have a porter cable tool either just a rotary buffer but like the title says, I am a novice... Any advice?

ColorX is a good filler.... give it a shot, then cover with a wax of your choice...

If you don't know how to use the rotory, stay away from it. You can cause much more damage. You really need something like the Porter Cable to correct the paint. Maybe there is someone near you that has one?? Where are you located?
