What hood is this and why is my roof red?

What hood is this and why is my roof red? Bought a project 95 Z and it came with this hood and I was wondering if anybody here could identify it. I'm wondering because I am hoping there is a ram air package for it. There are little plates glued on there now, but I bet they come off easy enough.
My second question isn't so important, just curious most t-top Camaros I see have a black roof, no matter what color they are, while mine is red like the rest of the car. Was the black an option? Or did someone repaint it?

Z28's of that year had black roofs and matching mirrors IIRC. The Base V6 Camaros had the roof and mirrors the body color.
If you have a Z28 with a LT1 maybe someone painted it.

That sure looks like it to me also. Now if I can just get them to sell me the ram air kit cheaper than $350. 
Looks like a Suncoast Z style ram air hood.
