I'm in process of coating the set of cores I have in red calipers with black brackets, should be done by tomorrow so if anyone wants that color combo on exchange I'll have it ready to go.

LOL yeah Mike, I'm alive. Car stuff isn't my bread and butter in the warmer months when everybody is cruising and racing..LOTS of motorcyle parts and production work from the various machine shops and what not I work with in the summer for me.

I was wondering where you've been...this man does great work, seen (in a crappy pic) here:

These things have held up great over the last year, including me stripping out the banjo bolt threads in the caliper itself (had to heli-coil it), jacking up reinstalling the dust boots, and thus having to rebuild the calipers again a few weeks ago. Even after all of that, they don't show any wear, tear, or abuse.

I remove the seals/boots, etc prior to coating. Answer is yes, they would take the heat and not be bothered, but it takes me 30 seconds to totally dissasemble a caliper, wouldn't make sense to try and mask around the pistons and boots, etc. Also allows me to flush out the caliper and bores with some brake cleaner also so the caliper is nice and clean when I re-assemble and lube it.
