So I want to put a black vinyl overlay on my front license plate cover. The paint isn't in perfect condition, and I would like to repaint it. I know the paint is WA-8774, but how should I go about with prepping and painting? What grit sandpaper shoudl I use to smooth out the bumps etc and how sanded should it be? Any kind of primer or what? Can someone tell me how to do this, I'm pretty new to painting. Thanks guys!
