Passenger side dash airbag cover

Once the airbag deployed, is this cover broken? do i need a new one? or should it come with an airbag if i buy one off of someone. Thanks!

i think you need a new dash once that happens

unless it came out and didnt tear it, you may have an upholstery shop repair it

bump. my cover has cuts in it and its mangled pretty good, am I screwed do I really need a whole new dash?!?!

On the 4th gen F-bodys , it breaks the dash when it deploys . A used dash core is not that expensive , and personally thats what I'd do . It is possible to reshape and epoxy the cover back down , but its a pita to re-shape the cover to re-match the dash contour .
