O.K. what are your opinions on Ram/Air vrs Cold Air Induction.

Ram Air. although its not actually "Ramming" air into the engine you will notice a difference in power.

Well I don't paint but some day I'll have it done. I have my stock hood on now and it's painted to match. And i think the K/N CAI is better. But have the SLP hood on to vent the engine compartment. The reason I took it off before was because it did'nt seal up at the fresh air vents and I had an exhaust leak.
