Default Sneak peek...

Just thought I'd share a little interior mod I have been working on. For those of you who have seen some of my threads I have some "different" interior mods I'm working on & have been for a while. I dont think my interior has been complete for over a year, LOL. I still have some leather interior wrapping to do, but I have completed a few other pieces over the holiday break.

This isnt all the pieces, only 2 of them. But there will be another thread later showing all the pieces & the leather wrapped pieces all together. This is just a sneak peek or tease, however you wanna look at it, LOL.

Enjoy.....

This is using the carbon fiber like wrap right? A few people did this to their SRT's on my other forum. It comes out really nice.

nice looking so far

Yea, it turned out pretty damn good actually. I'll swing by on a Saturday after work & let ya check it out. The parts I'm gonna tackle next will test my patience, LOL. I'm gonna wrap my autometer 3 pod pillar & my cluster surround. That door handle bezel took me the better part of a hour to get done. So I'm guessing about 1-2hrs for the next 2 pieces due to the curves & what not.

I'm hoping this along with Steve's leather kit & some silver/stainless interior accents will eliminate the plastic GM looking interior.

going to look sweet, this is the real carbon fiber stuff but it's just thin like a piece of vinyl?

It's a material I used to wrap the pieces. I searched this site alot prior to ordering it & couldnt find anyone who had used it. It hasnt caught on in the american car circles yet, thank god, LOL. I know my post will probably open a can of worms on it here, but at least I'll be the first to have used it on a f-body as far as I know.

Some will like it due to the dry CF look it gives and other are stuck on traditional shiney CF. It does have a CF twill texture. So if you run your finger across it you wont feel a slick surface like a vinyl overlay.
