Default Carbon Fiber wrapping practice

Here are some progress pics of items I'm practicing on. The resin is taking forever to dry here in this Florida winter weather. I don't know how you Northerners do it for more than two weeks. These are extra pieces I had laying around and figured they'd be good to practice on. This is only after one coat of resin. Should be done in a few days.

Yes it's real carbon fiber, yes there are some runs and pulls, but like i said it is practice which is why i used some of the tattered and beat up CF that was laying around.

why didn't you tape the CF to the back of the objects... I see in the pictures that you're letting it cure just like that, having the fabric go straight down.... It's not going to hold on to the object and it will make for a pain in the *** to clean up the edges.
