front licsense plate cover

Are there any tricks or material needed to install my front licsense plate cover? I noticed it has four threaded holes but, I figured it's for the licsense plate.

plate slides into the top slots. Then you will need some screws to hold it on the bottom.

If there are no holes near the bottom slots then I would guess no. My car came with it on so I dont know it the front plate holder had pre drilled holes.

I did have a buddy that bought Velcro at Autozone and used that to hold the plate cover on. That would be an alternative if you do not want to drill holes.
