SS hood Question? Anyone know where I can get the grill, mesh thing that goes in the opening of the hood scoop? 
I am buying a new fiberglass hood and I have to cut the opening to make it functional (and for looks) but I need something to put in there. Any suggestions?

Well, the plastic insert can be had directly from GM...don't know the part number, though. NVMYSS, who posts on this board, is making some billet aluminum inserts for SS hood scoops...similar look to Stull billet grille. There is a thread from a month or so ago about them...

AS Lawman says GM still has them,I bought one at my cost,thing was $$40+!!!Not even a month before I bought it they were $15,soon as it was "confirmed" that it was it for the camaro,here came the price increases!!!
