if its the top dash pad then you can just pry it off very slowly and very carefully or you will crack it worse! you can use a really long screwdriver or somthing flat and long along those lines

-remove both A-pillars (remove t-tops, then youll see 2 screws)
-use a long, flat intrument to pry up the dash. be careful not to make and cracks. if your replacing old dash pad with a new dash pad, just give it a big rip
