Default Powdercoating stock wheels

Just wondering if anyone has powdercoated their stock wheels? I'm wanting to get them p/c'ed black to change the look up a little bit. I can't afford new wheels right since i just bought an ls6 intake and a bigger stall is next on the list, but i can get the powdercoating done for a pretty good price.

If anyone has their's done post up some pictures.

I've seen a few pc jobs on stockers, and most of the time they come out pretty well. It sets it apart from other stock wheels. If you get a good price, I say go for it.

IMO I would leave the lip polished

If you rebend the bracket under the car it'll move the bottom of the fender back in place

I agree with Z28/2002 up there, keep a polished lip if you do it, it should set it off really well.

I did fix the fenders today though, so they aren't sticking out anymore!

Not a fan of black on the speedlines. I say a gunmetal color would look great however.

how about a gloss black and instead of doing a polished lip, get the lip done white?

Gloss black powdercoated 16" stockers. Came like this when I bought the car. I REALLY wish they'd had the sense to do the center caps as well. I'll probably get some little vinyl disks to cover up the "ABS" center caps that look retarded. Eventually. When I get around to it. ...

... so probably never
