Default Ebay HID 7000k xenon not working on low beam...HELP!!!!!

i just bought a set of xenon hid headlights for my camaro off of ebay.....they came in and installation was pretty much a breeze....the problem is i have no low beam headlights.....the l.e.d. portion is wired into the brown wire of my parking lights and works excellent....the high beams work as well....but no lowbeams...i was thinking it was supposed to be plug-n-play....the ballast boxes are attached into my factory headlight plugs, then the other two wires coming out of the ballast boxes are ran to the h.i.d.'s plugs....what should i do now?....i checked to make sure that it had xenon bulbs already installed and they are there....any ideas guys?.....i can only drive in daytime right now...lol

Turn the connectors to the low beams 180* and see if they work then.

^this^

GM wired our stock plugs backwards for some reason. I pulled the connectors apart and flipped them around on the stock harness on my car.

Try reversing the ballast plug to the factory plug (plugging it in the opposite way it shows in the instructions). I had the same problem with my HID kit a few years ago and when I reversed the plug the lights came on. I then switched the pins in the HID plug so the connection snaps into the stock one as it should have been.

Not just our cars... The trucks also. There must be some dyslexic electrical engineers working at GM.

It's not backwards...GM cars are just postively switched as opposed to 99% of imports that are negatively switched, so they rig these shitbox HID systems up to work for Asian cars more than anything.
