I've used 4th circle designs before- but are there any other venders that do blackbird stripes, overlays, rear fill panel birds?

for the blackbird stripes your best bet is to go with 4th circle. And if you're getting all of the stuff you mentioned, just do like Jam said and call/message them, and they'll set you up with all of that

and for the overalays, you can also pick up everything you need from the ws6store.com or afterthoughtsauto.com or even eBay, I got my filler panel replacements there a while ago and I was very happy with them- only one seller carries those, and his stuff is good quality for a low price.

Oh, just remembered, another site that will have EVERY thing is autografics.com and also google Brent franker decals, he makes all this stuff as well, just can't remember the site exactly. I think it's bfranker.badz28.com

yes, 3rdgen does make great stuff, got mine there as well. But, they do not carry blackbird stripes on their site, so for that the best place is probably 4th circle
