Default Ok i know i saw this somewhere anyone know where

Ok so somewhere back in the day while looking online I found this guy who cut out the camaro indentation on the back of his car and replaced it somehow with a scrolling red led lights, it looked sick and I would like to do it to my car if its not that much of a PITA (kinda like the front of KITT ). But for the life of me i cannot find it anywhere now. I have no idea what I was searching for or anything. Hopefully someone out there has seen this car online somewhere and can help direct me to the page/guy who did this too his car.

SOMEONE HELP ME
