Customized my steering wheel
Since i don't want to remove the air bag but put some new flavor to the booring grey original steering wheel i had it wrapped in black leather with red stitches just to follow the team of my car- Black and Red. Next the Shift **** will be covered in the same way.
Picture is not the best but you can see the result.

"BIG_MIKE2005 Looks good man, get a few more pics "
"99'CajunFirehawk157 You took the wheel off to a shop? Bigger pics!!!"
Yes i took it to a pro, amazing work done. More and bigger pics will come.
"2000SDTA I'm curious about the steering wheel controls as well, never seen black ones..."
I experimented with enamel from Humbrol company and a very small and thin brush, same stuff using for plastic model kits e.g. aeroplains, boats and cars.
UsageA solvent-based, fast dry paint developed for use on plastic model kits but which can also be used on other substrates. Matt, Satin, Gloss, Metallic, Metalcote and Clear finishes are available.
SubstrateA wide range of surfaces including most plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, metal, cardboard, sealed plaster, sealedhardboard and more (always check on a small test area to check suitability).

i was wondering about the "had it" comment too; we know what a DIYer you are.
I just had a helluva time finding camaro buttons, but those are black and will have a clear housing, so red (ta) lights would show through. I now have that non-sponsors info if anyone else needs camaro lights, but vik maybe after more pics well point out the differences (idk how many camaros are near you to compare )
