probably going for the slim ballast kit

is the relay harness worth buying?

6000k is gonna be pretty white maybe a slight blue.. 8000k will most def be blue blue.. get the 35w, as 55w will be overkill for oncoming traffic. 35w will be plenty bright anyways. I just ordered some and be advised, they are on backorder right now

get 6000k if you want a slight blue..its very slight. i personally don't like 8000k's but if you really want some blue get those.. 6000k's like i said have a hint.. but are mainly white.

8000k in 55W wont be that Blue... And yeah go with the Slim Ballast, because the raptor kit will cause a noise when turning your lights on. Its annoying..well only if you run Headlights and Fogs at the same time...

yeah 55w 8000ks and 35w 6000ks may be somewhat close. 55w 6000's dont really have much blue.

I would buy the relay harnesses for both like I did.. just extra protection to keep them powered and lasting long

I got 6000k 35 watt for my lows and fogs... They look white/light blue. A little more blue than I expected but it looks great. I didn't get the relay harness for either and I have no problems but then again I do have a optima red top. The fogs barely fit in though...I had to **** with it for like half an hour to get it so I could secure it without breaking it. Oh and some advice...take your headlights out to get to the fogs....makes it a lot easier lol. There's only one nut and two sliding tabs that hold them on.

I didn't get the relay either. Been on for almost 3 years and have been great! Relays just offer a little more protection. Thing is that most of the HID vendors typically recommended them for 2006+ vehicles or some European vehicles, as aftermarket HID mods.

I didn't get the relay either. I've never had a single problem with them.
