Default New apperance mod.. powdercoated rims
Hi everyone, just thought I would share some pics of my powdercoated 10 spoke ss rims... enjoy. ( I know I need center caps...)



They look even better up close.... Tell me what you think

sweet, that's what I'm shooting for, but I think I'm gonna go with 5 spoke instead of the 10 spokes that I have now. How much did it cost you to have it done?

For prep and powder $300. Everyone has the 5 spokes.. i had to do something different

That looks great, and forget the center caps. Just paint the hubs black, and get some nice chrome lug nuts.. Very nice Z! It's nice to see originality.

Ah, I'm looking to do it to a set of 97-99 C5 18x9.5 5 spokes. The thicker ones with the indents (?) at the tips. But hey, thanks for the info.

Looks good. I know the picture's don't do it justice since I saw the same setup on a sunset orange camaro and I loved the look. Get chrome Lugs and a grille, don't like the grille removed and showing the tabs, unless you get the tabs filled in and get the front end re-painted (looks like it might need one).

The Wings West grill in black would look really nice. Or the SLP bowtie grill, of course.

Probably going to get the holes filled until I make a new bumper.... it doesnt need paint its just dirty, pics as soon as I got the rims on... the c5 rims were my second choice....father in law was too lazy to buy new rims and i couldnt wait

I got the headlights on ebay. they have black or "chrome" housing options. just search for camaro halos

I lke the Black Rims, kind of gives the car that outlaw Nascar look.

Is the finish gloss, or semi-flat?

The rims are a gloss black and the powdercoating is really smooth like if they were painted. I just got back from vacation so ill take some pics in a day or two when the sun comes out. thanks again
