Default Brake vents on a Ta

Is it possible to use the side vents as brake vents ?

To provide cool air? No.

To dissipate heat? Doubtful.

What about the ones under the blinker in the nose? The side vents in the fender I don't think would do anything.

I don't think that design is very efficient at all, but it's what you were talking about. Anything is possible with some fabrication. Search around on FRRAX, there's some pretty decent setups that people have pieced together.

I was thinking like a cut in the wheel well and some type of chute(like SLP CAI) that will direct the hot air out to the vents .

I'd rather route cool air onto my brakes than just create a small passageway for it to escape through that vents right onto my paint, just my initial thought

Will the hot air cause the paint to flake and chip ?

no, by the time the air gets a few inches away it's barely even warm, especially if the car is moving

I suppose it would be kind of cool if those vents served a purpose, but if you're looking for performance you'd have better luck making ducts that go from the slots below the DRL's or starting from the air dam, than making heat extractors for the brakes.
