Hey guys, Ive got someone who would like to sell their original hugger orange stripes for my Anniversary SS. He is asking $450.00 for the set. Everything is included and I have pics of every stripe and every part number. Will they still attach well after all these years? Is this a good deal?

With the proper prep on your car they would be fine. If it's the full set that's not totally unreasonable but it is a little steep. I'd try to get them for $375 or max $400. Good luck man.

You should just paint them on. No worries about peeling, and they look great if they are painted underneath the clearcoat of the entire panel since there would be no tape lines.

or you could have the stripes them selves clear coated on the hood and trunk and all that but thats an option to or like what slow94formula said have em painted on which wouldnt be bad if you had a paint guy that knows what there doin and could tape em off good to match the actual vinyl stipes themselves
