Default silver ss..projectors..etc

2000 ss, I know I need to lower it..I havent had it long. 18inch zo6 wheels, brembo front brakes, ss slp front grill, rear flat black panal.

Projectors are the R8's from ebay and I would NOT order these unless you want the most retarded cutoff. I make my own shields for the projectors and painted it all black. HID is DDM 55w 6k. I yanked the halos and the LEDS.

Thumbs up

Those big brakes look sweet! I would recommend moving the SS emblems to be centered on the fender, but other than that, it looks great.

Interesting how you removed the gay halo and the lame leds. Not bad. WHat was the cut off like? How did you mod it? Just curious. I have retrofitted projectors in mine, and I love them.

^ x2. I have these as well and the low beam cut off is such a joke that I rotated them way down and just use high beam at night. If they weren't the best looking light, they'd be in the trash.

yeah, used the over to open them up. I didnt take pics of the cutoff cause I was too pissed at the time. However there are pics that somebody took in the "post ur projector" thread. Its some fuct up V shape. I was fortunate enough to have some spare shields out of some projectors I have laying around. I had to modify them to fit and so some trimming. I cant complain now, the cut off is nice and colorful.

Car looks great. These are the only projectors I like that are not retro fitted. Probably because you got rid of the halo and LED strip. I wish I had the time, patience, and skill to retro fit some projectors into my stock head lights.

What brake rotors do you have? Did you have to do any extra work to get them to fit?

those are c6 Z06 rotors, and like a 2006 cadillac CTS-V caliper. Pads will be for a CTS-V Caddy as well
