i have these i got ebay, and no problems with them for several months.
now i have moisture in them, i looked at them and they have a black rubber kind of plug in the back..what is thar for?.. is that for moisture to escape?

Moisture usally gets into the lense because of bad bonding between the clear lense and the housing, cheap reflective shield inside the lense ( causes warping ) or the person didn't re-install the foam seals on the bulb sockets. I'm really not sure why there's rubber plug on the back ( there on the stock ones also ) but I guess if you had enough water in the lense you could drain most of it out, what some guys have done is drill a small weep hole in the bottom of the lense for drainage. I know in the past there have been several complaints about APC lenses, what brand do you have?
