Default 19 x 9.5" HP EVOs, Yay/Nay?

I'm wanting to put another set of rims on the Formula. What do you think of these?

I'm quoting pictures of Nine Ball's and JonSS's cars:

Let me know what you think. I think they'd look

I think they're nice but it is also cool to see a few select people with them. Why not try something that no one has. For the price of those rims you would be able to chose from quite a bit.

I don't think they would match the Formula very well. I really only like them on my SS because they kind of match the 35th stripes so well. Plus, if you think your 18s don't hook, these 19s are 10x worse as far as traction.

Get some Intro GT Sports in 18s, with a satin spoke and polished lips

I think Camaros look better with wider and fewer spokes on the rims and Firebird look better with thinner spokes so you can see more of the wheel well.

On a GP in December, 17's were $1550 shipped ($1375 for the wheels, $100 for the rivet option, and $75 shipping). 18's were something like $2050. I believe that was a 15-20% discount GP.

My 17's are supposed to be done this week and shipping either today or early next week. I just couldn't justify spending the extra bux on 18's, when 17's will do me just fine.

I highly doubt that. The rims go for about or just above a grand for 19's on all four corners. I don't think you'll find a better deal.

The rims are on any f-body, and if your looking for alot of you'll be satisfied.

I have plenty of time to decide. I have an extra set of Formula Twisties w/tires to run around on. In the meantime, I'll disassemble my wheels and clean them up

I love em man... and I think they'd look good on a formula.
Good luck with your final choice.

Yes, the wheels are inexpensive for their size. Its because they are just 1-piece cast aluminum wheels. They are very heavy also unfortunately, but they look good. The wheels are cheap, but the tires are not cheap. Go price some 275/30/19 tires before thinking about buying them.

i love 19s on f-bodys,but they have to have to be 3pc or have a lip in most cases. i dont think id go with that style on your car but 19s would be nice. try to have another set of wheels that are sticky because like 9-ball said they dont hook up for ****.my wheels are 10 and a half wide ,wish i went with 11s.
