LS1 to LT1 Trans Am taillight swap questions…. Is it possible to put LT1 Trans Am taillights on an LS1 car while still retaining the LS1 center piece that says “Trans Am” on it? Or do you have to use the blank LT1 piece? Anyone done this swap or have any idea about the center piece?
I asked this question a long time ago and never really got an answer as I recall. I’ve recently been thinking about doing this swap again.

Why anybody would want to do this is beyond me.....i think the LT1 taillights are <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" /> !!! On second thought, i know why you want to do it.....you want people to think you have an LT1 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
