I might possibly make a couple more . I think now that I have all the details worked out , it would be a faster build second time around . The bad part is it wouldnt exactly be cheap .
honestly, I can tell the time and effort youre putting in. Even if it came unwrapped itd probably be worth it for me to grab one, just to save me the time and anguish.

Youre making your own door too or just re-wrapping over the factory foam/plastic/rubber (doubtful)?

Havent quite decided yet . Im either gonna get a new door to wrap or try to heat form a new lid so it absolutely wont warp ever . Then pad it with foam and wrap it. The edges on this console were starting to warp . I took it apart to see how it was made , god now wonder it warps its got no structure lol . Its all molded foam .

I hope it wont take too long to get it wrapped, im already itching to see a finished product. It occurs to me how much better those lines match my 6le seats, and gives direction to the interior (plenty of ideas for matching door panels)

My cars going to be running shortly after like 4 months, so ill finally give-a-hoot and finish up the interior

Hahaha, exactly Jam, you're gonna have to try pretty hard to replace something thats as 'Marcellis Wallace'.

Im thinking about using this stuff with panels Ive warped with a heatgun (for fitment). I was also thinking this'd be a great alternative to fiberglassing interior door panels just for things like speaker fitment, which seems to be an ongoing theme with me (6.75" speakers instead of 6.5, being too deep, etc). You said its workable like bodywork stuff?

For both the dynatron and the 3m glaze if I remember right I had about $45 between the 2 . I'll see if I still have the reciepts at home when I get there this weekend . As far as where to buy , I google them and whoever is the cheapest is where I buy it . Check your local automotive paint supply shops locally to, no of local shops had this stuff in stock . Yea you can use it to repair urethane bumpers , thats what both these products are originally intented for .

Sean , I think I would stick to fiberglassing on larger scale projects or clay molds and heat forming ABS or polypropylene on a vacum table . Both the dynatron and the 3m arent available in larger mediums than the tubes in the pictures I showed and would be HELLA expensive to buy enough to larger projects . Both are more suited for smaller projects like bezels and such .

Thanks for the compliments . Hopefully I get more done soon .
