Will 17x10s Fit All Around, Look Good, and Not Rub?
The wheels I'm looking at are only offered n 17x8 and 17x10, and there is no way I'm getting 17x8 So that leaves me with 17x10, and backspacing is a minimum of 4.5 and max of 8.5. What backspacing would I need to make these fit? I'd just use 275/40/17 tires on them unless there is a problem there with width of the wheel against width of the tire. Say if I need to step up to 285/40/17 I "guess" that would be OK too The main deal is that I want the same tire size and backspacing all around so that I can rotate the tires, but also not have the front rub any. The last thing I need is a tire getting eaten up because it's rubbing. My only other concern is that with a 17x10 wheel up front, and I looking at it sticking out slightly outside the fender lip? I don't particularly wnt that happening either, and if a 10" wheel up front is going to do this regardless of offset I may have to look elsewhere for wheels. Thanks for any help on this one guys, it's much appreciated.

the sema 302 camaro had TT II's 18x10's all the way around with 295's, motortrend said they rubbed a little but that car was pretty low. I think they should work fine but i would get 285's. As for backspacing, i have no clue, should try calling them.
