interior scratches

interior scratches
does anyone know how to get scratches of the cheap plastic interior. i have black on black and the interior looks like crap with a several grey scratches from my dog and other things. Thanks.

ive heard taking real fine steel wool, i dont know if it was 000 or 0000 and water. lightly sand it and it shouldnt leave and new scratches. ur not gonna be able to do much with the deep ones though. i can recomend sanding them down and using the texture stuff that comes in a spray to get the original texture then re-dying the panels, not painting them. the dye is like the plasticoat paint but it cost more and says dye on the can.

My drivers door panel looks like crap due to the previous owner, I am in the process of installing new ebony interior to replace the charcoal that came in the 98-99 cars.
Most of my parts are from a 3000 mile SS, so they look good, but my kick panels have all kinds of marks on them, so i will be looking for a new set soon.
