Default picked up my custom painted Ram Air hood..

I just picked my hood back up from being painted...I had some airbrushed flames added to the center part...

I still have to take the car back over for a final wet sand and buffing...
Will get some better pictures up once I get it in the sun and washed the Fluorescent lights mess with the colors...

Yea I know what your saying...However, I don't like the LS1 style ram air hood painted all one color on the LT1 cars....And I started feeling like the black in the center looked like one of those stick on ram air things.lol..

SO to break it up I decided to do flames....I was torn between this style and the some Traditional ghost type flames.....

Yea I am very happy with the results...they are not really loud and I didn't want and crazy bright colors.....

Looks like they did killer work but I'm not a fan of flames on newer model cars unless it's say an all out custom car.

LOL yea I keep poking my head out the garage door and looking at it...Looks a bit different in person...the flash took some of the deepness of the reds out but when you put light on it almost looks like the flames flicker....

Its a a good buddy of mine that painted it he is very talented and does amazing paint work... Ghost flames, traditional flames, hollow flames and ones like mine of course...

Car looks great man and that paint work is top notch but imho opinion those dont really look like flames at all, more like some kind of pattern over and over again.
Tumbler on this site does some amazing work but THE MAN Mike Lavallee airbrushes fire a way that is hard to duplicate for sure.

Anyways again your car looks awesome and good job on having something different done to your car.
